Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment



All on stock items are usually dispatched the next day and to certain areas we offer next day delivery, should you order something off stock we will inform you accordingly. We may do partial shipments of items on stock then deliver the other items when they are ready but we will inform you of this and it can be your choice.

You are welcome to contact us to find out which items are on stock.

We use a reliable courier company for all our shipments, special shipment requests should be added at checkout. Item ship-out times are displayed per product and are only to be used as estimates. Please note that in the event of off-stock items delays may occur that are beyond our control such as customs checks or supplier delays. Shipping times can also be dependent on the area being shipped to, Should your order fall into the free shipping catagory, please note that free Shipping applies to certain areas only most of them are covered however should your area fall out of the free shipping zones we can quote you accordingly, if you are unsure if your area falls into this zone please contact us before ordering!

If you would prefer you can pick up your purchase at our premises by appointment. We will inform you when your purchase is ready for collection!

Should an item be faulty on arrival please inform us within 7 days we will arrange for a replacement. You will be required to post your item or part thereof back to us for us to confirm that the item is faulty. Should the item turn out to be in working order we will charge delivery cost to post back the item, which will only be sent upon receipt of the delivery cost. We do not accept returns for items that are not faulty.

All items carry a 12month manufacturer warranty. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. We will ship back the repaired or replaced item at the clients expense.
